Whichever one suits you. I’ve said before, no style is definitely better than the other. Martial arts don’t work that way. I don’t care if you’re a Karate black belt, a Wing Chun grandmaster or a Hung Gar sifu, you can still get punched in the face.
It’s up to you, as the fighter…the practitioner, to train on what you want to train. I learned Karate for a while and hated it. My brother loved it and made it to black belt. We’re just two different people.
I preferred the philosophy, the science and the styling of Wing Chun but that’s just me.
If you are fit and want to do crazy nine hundred degree flip kicks then you might enjoy Taekwondo. If you enjoy brute force in the form of sturdy, efficient kicks and punches then opt for Karate.
This is a terrible analogy but look at martial arts as you would fetishes/kinks. Some people get off on being spanked, others like to be peed on. There’s no such thing as a definitely pleasurable kink. It’s horses for courses and all that jazz.
